Most orders are shipped within 3 weeks from order day (Custom orders will vary). PRFect Shelving systems are shipped by freight carriers.
Shipping charges are calculated after we have obtained your shipping information. Our Sales Department will email you the quoted shipping cost once we obtain the required information. Please note, shipping charges will be added to your order separately.

Items in new and unused condition and in their original unaltered packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Call our Customer Service Department at 352-551-8399 for a Return Authorization number and instructions for the return.
Note: Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Within seven work days of our receipt and inspection of your return item we will refund the amount paid for the actual product and refund to the payment account used when the order was placed. Shipping charges incurred in delivery and returning of the item(s) are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is the result of actions taken by PRFect Shelving Solutions.
